Every year, the SGPA organizes the Saints Fair as a way to bring the community together during the final term. This year, the fair will take place on Saturday, May 6th. This also marks the 70th-ever anniversary of the Saints Fair.

As always, the fair aims to bring the Saint George’s community together for an exciting end-of-year celebration with plenty of attractions and experiences for all guests.

At every Saints Fair, games and attractions hold a central role in creating a vibrant and entertaining atmosphere. Time-honoured favourites such as Bingo and Cake Walk consistently draw in enthusiastic crowds, eager to participate. Midway Games, another beloved feature of the Saints Fair, offer a diverse array of engaging activities for attendees to enjoy. An assortment of prizes await the victors of Cake Walk, Bingo, or select Midway Games, ensuring excitement and friendly competition continue throughout the entirety of the fair.

The Saints Fair consistently has a vast array of food and drink to offer. There’s always something for everyone at the fair, and this year, some of the notable dishes include the Classic Country BBQ and the Vegetarian Bowl. The fair will also offer pizza and other tasty treats and refreshments on the day of the fair, so everyone can fully enjoy the event.

In preparation for the upcoming Saints Fair, there are many ways that students and their families can contribute. Contributions typically fall into three categories: donations, raffle tickets, and volunteering.

New items, services, and cash can be donated to the fair directly through the Saint George’s website in the “Saints Fair” tab.

Raffle tickets can also be found and purchased on the website. Detailed information about purchasing tickets, as well as prizes, can also be found on the Saint George’s website.

From the Bingo booth to lemonade stands, the Saints Fair runs on the work of volunteers. These volunteers keep the fair running smoothly throughout the day. For those who wish to volunteer, there are many options to choose from, all of which can be found at www.saintsfair.com .
